Kindle AmazonReviews of kindle.amazon.com

I have had kindles for many years and think it’s great, but the new kindle I have bought in the last 6 months was connected and working fine I was reading a book and the next time I opened it, it had disconnected its self I tried for hours to reconnect it but finally had to get Chat GPT to talk me through connecting the kindle back up, Amazones instructions are terrible, you need a degree in computer science and being psychic would probably help. Just looking at other reviews kindle habe got one of the worst scores I have ever seen.

They are becoming true scammers. Now you can not evenr ead your books without going to amazon cloud reader. I spent a lot of money buying books for kindle but I have bought my last one, never again. Trying to navigate inside your books in nearly impossible. It was good a few years ago, now you have to have an internet connection and even with a wifi connection they areso annoying.

Sold a kindle and now Amazon say they no longer support the kindle I have so I need to buy another one. It’s fraud and robbery and no mention when buying it will only work for an amount of time.

Like many Kindle customers I was informed that my Kindle e-reader would "no longer be supported" and if I wanted to buy new books I would need a new one. So I bought a new Kindle Fire which in my opinion is inferior to my old one. Finding my library was a mission and if I want to read my older purchases on the new reader I have to download them all over again. Imagine my consternation then when, a couple of weeks ago, I bought a new book only to find it had also downloaded onto my old Kindle. Was this a scam?

After trying to resolve a persistent technical issue with Amazon robot or AI chat box and getting anywhere, I am here to say they made it impossible for you to talk to a human being and their chatbox is unintelligent and does not offer the solution or answer to the question and keep in a circle of same questions. I am left with a kindle that has a small issues that got it to freeze today and they cannot do anything. It did not have adds for half of its life, then it got ads but I have to pay £10 for it. The adds are the reason the screen freezes but they dont' have a solution other than me paying £10. I don't want to, but who guarantees it will work. The button on the kindle for the ads, has a off mode but it does not obey it.

Liseuse Paperwhite vieille d'un an. Elle ne cesse de se bloquer. Ecran blanc.

The Amazon team's behavior is poor and arrogant.
