KinaandtamReviews of kinaandtam.com

They don’t have any return or exchange or refund policy . We ordered 2 shirts from their Instagram page . Since last 10 days we are trying to reach them for the size change through their WhatsApp number but unfortunately they are not giving any response not even they bother to read our messages . Please beware and be alert before shopping anything from this brand . They have zero reliability.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! WORST shipping experience ever as well as the quality of items. First off they took four days to ship out my dress and I’m almost positive it’s because it is dropshipped from China, many of the items can literally be found on AliExpress. Second, my package has been mysteriously getting “lost” via USPS. You would think that if you spend $109+ on a dress they would provide you with at least decent shipping, but they probably chose the cheapest/worst line possible which is funny because they guarantee 2-6 day shipping. I placed my order on July 7th and still haven’t received it, it’s the 19th, and I don’t even live far from their warehouse in NJ. Don’t even bother wirh customer service, they straight up tell you there’s nothing they can do. Lastly, the dress I purchased already has a review on the website (Raggedy Ann Dress) about how the quality feels like that of shein and is pooy made. The dress was $109 people. Do not buy from here it’s fast fashion marked up garbage.

Terrible customer service, had an order sit for weeks with no updates right before the holidays, so am left empty handed on Christmas. For context, they advertised dates to order by to receive orders before Christmas, and I ordered a full week before thay date. After response, they admit they made an error, and their response was the bare minimum and extremely slow. Would never purchase from this company again, just pray you don't have an issue with your order. Who knows how long they would have left me with no update, if I hadn't went out of my life way to say something.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I literally ordered from their shop on Black Friday November 28, 2021 and STILL haven’t received my package! Don’t buy their clothes because it’s just straight from Aliexpress and Aliexpress would’ve been faster at shipping than this clown company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!

Dropshippers. Quality is horrible, sizing is weird and inconsistent. Don't waste your money on this lazy fast fashion brand. If you want to buy Kina & Tam products from Aliexpress direct, search for "Bebobson's Playful Store". Better yet, buy sustainable, ethical, and local fashion.

People, don't buy from here. It's a scam. They order their clothes from AliExpress and mark them up for 10 times the price. They're selling a duck sweater for $90 that you can get for $20 or less from AliExpress, and they're both made in the same factories in China. Don't let the aesthetic website and nice photos fool you.

Please do not support Kina and Tam. Previously, they are retailers from China. This means that they get their stocks from independent brands in China. Mainly knock off items from original designers Takasha and Damouusho, Cream Dessert etc. But recently, I have just found out that they are reproducing the exact same items into more sizes which I think is unfair for the original designers. They are claiming it as "their" own designs. Some of the designs, they tweak like the OKAY JUMPER, was originally from a chinese brand but they tweaked the design so they can put in their brand name. They have just published a page in their website about their 'sweat-free' factory partners. Disgusting. Please don't support kina and tam. Let them design their own items!

Most of their items are from a factory in China that has illegally pirated the original design from two major brands TAKASHA and DAMOOSU (you can check them in Taobao) TAKASHA and DAMOOSU are two brands well-known for "Big Kid's Clothing" in China, more precisely, for teenage girls TAKASHA only manufactured 1000 pieces for each design. All the clothing you see on the K & T site are pirated copies from previous seasons. It is impressive how they are good with influencer marketing and make people believe it is a brand from Australia and sell them 10 times more expensive "Sweat-free" factory uh? The factory I mentioned above is the supplier of the Bebobsons shop on Aliexpress Not sure whether Kina and Tam order from Aliexpress with dropshipping or from the factory directly, sure it is not ethical nor good quality Their Instagram account got deleted, probably there is copyright infringement A message to Kina and Tam: Time to invest the money you made a rip-off from people to make your own design, more sustainable for the future of your business
