Every part of the service experience was good. Timeliness in shipping and delivery, packaging and even a return were all managed well. And the rug I kept was great! I'll shop here again.

They were terrific to deal with. Rugs are amazing. I bought 2; one wasn't the size or match I was looking for and the return was seamless. I found what I needed and it worked. Shipped quickly. Don't hesitate to buy. Great company
