Same problem as everyone else on here
Same problem as everyone else on here. Delivery cancelled when they say they could deliver. Lied about refunding the card. Now on day 22. No refund. Was already told once now 2x it was reversed. Complete liars. Stay away Update. Now they are playing dumb with TrustPilot that they can't find the transaction when in fact they have already looked it up 3x and now have lied about a refund to me. They do this with all Trust Pilot reviews in hopes that the review will be removed. Faye Ligia emailed me that she would personally handle which was never going to happen. every single person at kiky is a liar. SCAM

We never keep payments for unfulfilled deliveries. I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. This place is a scam. I ordered July 23,2026 they charged me and declined my order. I’ve called over 3 times demanding a refund. It’s 8/11/26 and I’m still waiting. This place is a complete scam. Update They replied to this saying I received my refund. I did not. I’m still waiting. It’s now Aug 16. Update. It’s Aug 25th and still no refund my bank will be taking care of the situation but I have to wait until Aug 30th

Ordered Funeral Flowers thinking that…
Ordered Funeral Flowers thinking that this was a local florist that would be able to fill my order and deliver the plant on time. On Sat, Aug 1, 2:54 PM I received the following email. Your Order is Confirmed We have accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Your payment was authorized successfully. We will capture the payment when your order is prepared. Order Number 228563 On Sun, Aug 2, 7:53 AM I received the following email: Order Cancelled I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again. Order Number 228563 In the meantime, I have issued a full refund to your credit card. The money should be reflected on your credit card statement within 5-10 business days, or sooner, depending on your bank's policies. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you. Thank you for your understanding! Today is August 9th and still no follow-up or refund, but the funds have cleared my bank! Because these were funeral flowers I had to quickly scramble and purchase flowers and hand deliver them myself.

Horrible
Horrible. If I could leave a zero-star review, I would have. In this day and age of AI knowing everything, how did they not know when I placed the order that they couldn’t deliver to the zip code I entered? They cancelled my order then told me it could take 10 days to refund. In the end, it took them TWO WEEKS to refund my money. Really? They take it in about 3 seconds and can’t give it back a little sooner?

This is a scam
This is a scam. I went online and purchased an arrangement for my sick mother. It was pretty so I plugged in my debit card only to get an email from them saying it my order was unable to be fulfilled. They also stated my refund was reversed back to the original card only to find out that was a lie. Now I had to file a dispute which could take up to 90 days. Im furious. These people should be taken offline immediately. The BBB has them on scam alert. I just found that out. BEWARE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

if I could rate a zero I would,never delivered the flowers,when I called they hung up on me twice then said person I needed to speak to was out,had to wait to stop payment on these scammers.buyer beware!!! THEY SUCK!!!!

I would of chosen 0 for stars if that…
I would of chosen 0 for stars if that was a option. They commet fraud. Take your money and then never deliver. I had to go through my bank to try and get my $ 75 dollars back. What a ducked up way to run a business. They should all be arrested and brought up on charges.

Scammers
Scammers Beware of this company, do not buy anything from this company.. took my money out of account and said flowers where out of range.. trying to get my refund for 3 months and they say it will b posted on Monday.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS..
