We had personalized service from Patrick, who made sure everything was just perfect for our special flower delivery. EDIT: Strangely, Patrick asked me to write the review whilst he was on the phone to me. He had been extremely attentive - making sure the card was correct; the flowers; delivery address and so on. They were due to arrive the next day - to a good friend whose father just passed. I was specific about including lily’s. The next day, my friend posted about an anonymous bouquet that arrived. No card. No lily's. Wrong flowers entirely. Were these the ones I sent? Who knows. I emailed to ask and to complain. I got my money back, and a lovely apology, but no answer if these were from me.
