Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware. When I ordered flowers for my daughter's 40th birthday, the person on the phone was very nice and helpful, so I left a 5-star review. TOO SOON! First, Patrick led me to believe that they were local, and he even thanked me for using a local company. HE LIED. I ordered on a Monday for delivery on Friday. I asked for delivery by 10 am as my daughter was going out of town. It was supposed to be a surprise, but I did give my daughter a heads-up that something was coming. At 10:30, she called to say nothing had arrived. I called Patrick and found out that he is probably out of state. He made an excuse about a "Glitch" and said it should be there within a couple of hours. After much back-and-forth, the flowers were delivered by 11:30. I gave 2 stars because, yes, the flowers are very pretty. BUT the $ 7 balloon I paid extra for wasn't included. I called Patrick back, and he said he was under a "lot of stress" and forgot it. When he didn't offer to reimburse me, I brought it up, and his response was, " Well, it's only 7 dollars. Unfortunately, I couldn't change my original review, and when I tried to leave a Google review, I found out there isn't an actual store. There was nothing to review. So, Buyer Beware! I need to alter my rating AGAIN! Now you get a 1-star, and you can thank Patrick for it. He called and left me a scathing voicemail, reprimanding me for leaving a 2-star review and making excuses for why they stole $ 7 from me: "We didn't have the minor balloons in the morning, so we were focused on delivering your flowers; the priority was the flowers." He decided to gaslight me by saying they were delivered between 10 and 12, so I should be grateful, even though he had originally promised by 10 am. He admitted he was out of state, but said they USE a local florist, so that was MY misunderstanding. Which it was NOT! Then he had the nerve to ask me to give them more stars when he STILL has no intention of reimbursing me for the balloons. His message had an aggressive, make-wrong tone. So, whoever the flower shop in Brighton is that the flowers actually came from, they were beautiful, and if I knew who you are, I would write a good review for you, because the unkept promises and delivery snafu were NOT your fault. But he wouldn't say who the "local" florist is, so I cannot.

Dear Karen, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear the Whimsical Magic Blooms arrangement arrived beautifully and in great condition. We work closely with our local florist network to meet delivery requests as closely as routing allows, though specific morning windows cannot always be guaranteed during live courier runs. Although the floral arrangement was successfully hand-delivered to your daughter, we acknowledge that the balloon add-on was missed. To ensure complete resolution and account for the miscommunication regarding the balloon and timing, we have processed a full refund for your entire order on our billing platform. Standard financial processing timelines govern when the credited balance reflects back on your statement. Best regards, Kiky Florist Team
