Ordered flowers for a birthday and they…
Ordered flowers for a birthday and they were not delivered on the day promised and I was not notified. I had to call and ask why they weren’t delivered and was told they couldn’t fulfill the order. I never received notification from the florist. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “COMPANY”. SCAM!!!! Attempted to order Mother’s Day flowers and the will “accept” any delivery addresses, take your money, cancel without notification or refunding, lie over the phone to say they did refund you, and once I called them out THE NEXT DAY, they changed their store name from Kiky flowers to Kiky Florist, changed their customer service email from customerservice@kikyflowers to help@kikyflorist, changed their phone number too, and hours of operation. I’ve been trying to report them to the ftc and bbb. DON’T buy from them they are not real.

This order had to be voided because local delivery schedules in that area hit absolute capacity during the Mother's Day peak rush. Holding customer funds is never our policy. The full payment was successfully released and credited back to your account by our billing system right upon cancellation. Your financial institution will reflect the returned balance in accordance with their standard posting schedule. Best regards,
