If I can put zero star I will do it. This is a big scam! after placing your order the following day they will cancel your order and promised you for a refund. I keep on calling them and keep on giving me the same excuses!

Dear Diamela,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. As a nationwide floral service delivering hundreds of arrangements daily, we work closely with local florist partners across the country to maintain high quality standards.
Your order for the Sacred Orchid Elegance had to be canceled because the specific orchid variety required for this arrangement was temporarily out of stock at the local shop in that area. Rather than sending an incorrect substitution, our system automatically canceled the order and issued a full refund. This transaction was completely finalized on our end.
Please allow standard financial processing timelines for your card issuer to reflect the credit on your statement.
Best regards,
UC

Refunds are impossible!
I placed an order for Mother's day flowers. I received an email shortly after saying my order was canceled due to flowers being unavailable. Six weeks later they have STILL not refunded the charge of $131.14!

This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. Like the other people commenting, I too was told they couldn't deliver and promised a refund. It's been three months and no refund. I've reported to my bank who are in the process of fighting this company. The sad part is that their website is still up and their company is one of the names that comes up as a company that will provide the service in my area. Other people have been scammed since me. How do we stop these people?

AVOID
I believe this is a scam website.
I placed an order for a gift delivery and paid $140 via debit card. Two hours later, I received two emails; the first said my order had been cancelled, and the second said a refund had been issued to my debit card. The second email warned that it could take 5-10 business days for my bank to reflect the refund.
Six days later, the debit charge appeared at my bank. Since then, I've traded several emails with the website, and they always say the same thing: they are "working to resolve" the issue.
The refund still hasn't appeared.

additional comments after business's reply:
I’m not going to call the Kiky Florist reply a lie; I’m also not going to trust the website again.
Here’s a timeline of the transaction & communication history (all times Pacific Standard):
5/23/26, 1:55P: kpb submits & pays for order submitted; Kiky confirms $140 payment received via debit card
5/23/26, 3:27P: Kiky emails order cancellation due to “local partner” issue
5/23/26, 3:29P: Kiky emails message that “full reversal of … payment” will be made
5/27/26, 4:23A: Kiky sends email claiming “full refund has already been processed”
5/29/26, no time stamp: Bank reports transaction, “PURCHASE AUTHORIZED” for $140
5/29/26, no time stamp: kpb files claim with bank to stop transaction; bank to investigate & issues “provisional credit”
6/11/26, 12:20P: kpb emails requesting status on refund
6/11/26, 12:46P: Kiky emails “actively working on” returning funds; promises updates
6/16/26, 11:32A: kpb emails requesting status on refund
6/16/26, 11:43A: Kiky emails “actively working on” returning funds; no promised update
6/16/26, 2:14P: kpb posts TrustPilot review
7/16/26, 7:19A: TrustPilot requests additional information for Kiky
7/21/26, 8:40A: Kiky posts TrustPilot reply
Notes:
— debit card charge processed SIX DAYS AFTER order is cancelled
— debit card charge processed TWO DAYS AFTER Kiky claims “full refund has already been processed”
— TrustPilot review posted after Kiky claims THREE TIMES to be “actively working on” returning funds
— bank changes “provisional credit” to full credit nearly a month after “PURCHASE AUTHORIZED”
— no way to know whether refund was actually received by the bank or if credit was issued due to good will policy
If the Kiky Florist site isn’t a scam, the timeline above demonstrates that it’s unprofessional enough not to be trustworthy.

Dear Ken,
We would like to address your feedback regarding your Aureate Glow Plant purchase. This order had to be voided because our partner florist in that region lacked the exact living plant required to fulfill the order accurately.
Our protocol when a primary floral item is unavailable is to immediately release all held payment funds back to the customer. This transaction was successfully reimbursed through our billing system at the time of cancellation.
Your card issuer will post the returned balance in accordance with their standard processing schedule.
Best regards,

This company is a big scam
This company is a big scam. You order flowers and pay for them and then they send you an email saying they can't fulfill the order, and they will refund your order. They never pay you back. I called 3 times and they promised each time to refund the money, and then never do.
The money was taken out in May, and still not refunded in July. Still waiting for it to show up in my bank account. I understand that it is possible that an order cannot be fulfilled, but I can't accept my money not being refunded for flowers that were never delivered. I have called more than 3 times to politely ask if the company can check into it, and it just never happens. If I see the money show up in my account I will withdraw my complaint

Dear Michelle,
We would like to clarify that your order for the Spring Bloom Bouquet was canceled because our local partner shop was operating at maximum daily capacity and could not accept additional deliveries for that date.
When an order cannot be accepted, our system immediately cancels the transaction and returns all funds to your card. This complete refund was fully processed and finalized on our side at the time of cancellation.
Please allow standard financial processing timelines for your card issuer to post the credit to your statement.
Best regards,
MM

Dear Matthew and Michelle,
We would like to address your feedback regarding your Lively Tide Arrangement order. This purchase had to be voided because the destination address exceeded the operational coverage zone of our partner shop in that area.
When delivery is unfeasible, our policy requires an instant order void to ensure no customer funds are retained. The transaction was completely refunded through our system right at the moment of cancellation.
Your card issuer will reflect the updated account balance according to their normal posting schedule.
Best regards,
CH

Dear Christina,
We would like to address your review regarding your Spring Trellis Blooms order. This purchase had to be canceled because our local florist in that area did not have the exact keepsake vase required to build the arrangement properly.
Our immediate policy for missing specialty items is to void the order and release all payment holds. The full reimbursement was successfully processed and finalized through our billing system right away.
Best regards,

Bad bad bad…i am a florist of 45 years…
Bad bad bad…i am a florist of 45 years and used them to order a very important funeral arrangent. It got cancelled and they emailed me a notification that went to my junk folder. No one ever contacted me by phone to send something else or use another florist. Just said sorry it’s cancelled and you will receive a refund. Had to call to complain to get the refund. You should never cancel a funeral arrangement. Never never never. Would not recommend if they cannot find a florist to do the job.

Dear Kimberly,
Your order for the Heavenly Hearts Bouquet had to be canceled because our local partner shop was missing the primary center component required to build this specific arrangement correctly.
Rather than sending an incomplete arrangement without its main centerpiece, we processed an immediate cancellation and released your payment in full. This complete refund was fully finalized on our side at the time of cancellation.
Please allow standard financial processing windows for your card issuer to reflect the credit on your statement.
Best regards,
