So have been playing with them for a few weeks and didnt really have any issues with withdrawals until the past 10 days so my first withdrawal of 400 sat pending for over 8 days kept giving the bs they are giving everyone else and then my bank declined it the payment 🤔 so contacted my bank and they said they didnt accept that type of transfer so contacted kiki to which the useless customer service person told me its rhe same way they have always paid out which is the biggest load of horse s#it I've ever heard have put in for another withdrawal so will update if it changes but not holding my breath Update: still being told the same b.s using the same excuses as everyone else Update so my bank has declined the transfer again saying it doesn't support the transfer type! It accepted it before 🤷‍♀️ now my funds have mysteriously disappeared

Update, I’ve been paid 3 withdrawals so far. It is a slow painful process with the limits but I’m hopeful I will receive more. I won a significant amount on the 12/10. Lots of restrictions on how much you can withdraw so have submitted a few at smaller amounts. My first withdrawal is still stuck on pending which was submitted over 130 hours ago. I have tried useless live chat and have raised a support ticket but they just fob me off. I used no bonus when depositing and that has been wagered many times.

Its been 72 hours and they still havent paid out a smal £254.14. They lock you in endless loop of processing delay its with the team its goimg forward. I have a Ticket ID: PWCLLV which i raised to report a delay just keep bothering them let see if they payout ill update the review. But as it is avoid it at all cost Update they do eventually payout but its a very stresful process you have to wait a lot and research online how to force them into paying out.

A complete SCAM....If you win you can't get your money so AVOID

I wish I had read the reviews about Kiki casino I also have been waiting for my withdrawal and keep being told the same as others on here.I was told 48hrs pending,well it's been over 100 hrs and I get told 'Oh its coming along nicely you will see a status change soon,,,Really When? My experience with Kiki.bet has been extremely concerning. I deposited my own money, played on the site and won over £600. As far as I am aware, I have not breached any terms or conditions. However, when I tried to withdraw my money, the problems started. My withdrawals have now been pending for several days. I have contacted customer support repeatedly and have been given different explanations and timeframes. I've been told the withdrawals are “in progress”, that they are being handled by the “relevant team”, and most recently that the payment provider is reviewing them, but I still haven't received my money. This led me to research the company more thoroughly, and I found other users reporting similar experiences with withdrawals. That has made me seriously concerned about the company and its regulatory status. The website presented itself to me like a normal online casino, and I would never have deposited money had I believed I could have this level of difficulty withdrawing legitimate winnings. I will update this review if my money is actually paid. Until then, based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to do their own research before depositing any money here. Update: They have now been reported to the Curaçao Gambling Authority, Actions Fraud and to banking associations. I will update after the investigation.

For months IV tryed to get a self exclusion I would speak on chat they kept saying email so that's what I did took a long time to finally get account closed and self exclude as they would close my account then would reopen it ,I haven't ad a good experience with this site at all I would highly recommend not to use ,IV lost alot of money on here and was very stressful at times
