Yes it 3 days once processed. Winning sit there 3 days as they want you to reverse and keep playing.. won £2000. And it started to reject my bets which were mostly winners.. ended up losing again..had a problem trying to figure out how to cash out aswell and was only allowed to withdraw approximately 70per cent of my winnings..

6 days still says pending no other casino leaves you waiting like this the company should definitely be closed down update: still no payment still pending stay far away no other casino will make you wait this long I will not be cancelling and will update as to how long it takes to get my money still no payment

Update I’ve paid all my withdrawal no notification like 👍🏼 but happy a days The games are good but I’ve not received my winnings (£950) as of yet it’s now been 6 days and it’s constantly said pending The live chat is clearly AI operated as it’s the same response every time you ask questions (please be patient.) The support email is about as much use as a chocolate fire guard same again please be patient and sorry for any delays I will update this rating with the relevant stars when/if I actually receive some winnings. 🤞🏻 In the meantime I will not be depositing any more funds nor would I recommend anyone else.

72 hours still waiting for my withdrawal with no communication. Same copy and paste message from support telling me it’s pending. Their own policy states you will receive a communication in 2 business days. Around £1000 (£300 winnings) and im stuck in an endless loop of AI support and copy and paste emails. I’m hoping they’re just taking longer than usual and this isn’t a scam. But we will see. (Most casinos like this process withdrawals in waves to avoid cashflow issues) I will update with any updates :)

I made a withdrawal it took 3 days heard nothing so cancelled re did see if that would work still nothing fobbed you of thats in progress ill give it till tomorrow and do charge back as think only way to get money back I hope I am wrong cause it's a fun casino just the withdrawal process is not easy and takes a while but hopefully this is a one of if you could please email me back

Has anyone actually got there money when withdrawing? I will update this review if I receive my 500 withdrawal request but it seems the live chat is AI and getting no answer from there support emails
