These pants are awesome. Extremely comfortable!

At first I thought I had made a bad decision with buying from Kidoriman, but their customer service is top notch and they take feedback and customer satisfaction very seriously. I was impressed with how they handled my exchange. As a first time customer, I bought: 1 × Gelyu Harem Pants - Navy Blue / S (US) / L (Japan) 1 × Kuko Harem Pants - Dark Gray / S (US) / L (Japan) I'm 5'6 and the pants fit well I got lots of compliments. Love the styling and materials and the quality are also very good. Looking forward to my next purchase with them.

I bought a shirt 2 sizes larger than I take at their recommendation but the shirt is too small. At first they offered to send a replacement and said that I didn't have to return the small shirt. But, they didn't have anything that I wanted to replace it. Now they want me to pay for the return shipping of the shirt they said I could keep. The clothing does not have the government required fiber identifying labels. Kidoriman shows themselves as a Japanese clothing company but the clothes are from China. If I had known the clothes were from China, I would have boycotted the store. I will not support a communist regime that ignores human rights. The Kidoriman website is a deception. I'm happy to return the shirt at your expense. Update; They have fully refunded my money but that does not give credibility to fabric content or fair labour practices.

Clothes look nice. But the shirt i purchased shrinked at the 30 celsius wash as stated on the label. Edit: after reaching out, they offered to replace it.

STAY AWAY from this FRAUD!!! Pretended to be Japanese from WY, USA. Chinese junk!!! Shipped out straight from China!!! Wrong size , super cheep !!! Avoid at all costs!!!

I ordered an item, it arrived in the promised timeframe and in good condition. There was a bit of a snafu with colour on their end so i lodged a complaint and this is where the pleasant surprise kicks in - it was handled promptly, with a kind attitude and can-do approach by their support staff, to my utter satisfaction. Will definitely order from them again.

Really can't say enough about the service from Kidoriman, particularly Liz who help me return an item that was the wrong size (my fault). I would highly recommend buying from this label. The clothes I have previously bought I love!
