Had issues with sizing for myself! No fault to Kidoriman's it was all me lol.. Incredible customer service with LIZ! Had to return some items for correct sizes she walked me though the process easily with speedy responses to all my emails! As of today I've got all items with correct sizes returned to me! Kidoriman has far exceeded in all aspects of it company! Quality of its product,customer service and whole experience with Kidoriman! Keep up the great work! Carl S

I loathe the fact that Facebook ads work. But they do and I ran across this clothing brand just browsing one day. Decided I’d give them a shot and it was totally worth it. Super comfy clothes that don’t exacerbate my sensory issues. The pants are a nice loose fit and the perfect length for my waist size. Will gladly order again.

It's the second time I ordered items from Kidoriman. Not only because it's a very good product but the experience of shopping, purchase and delivery is perfect: easy and no errors.

While the clothes are quite alright, they never mention that they ship all the way from Florida. And because of me being a EU resident, returning the items when I found out they don't fit me, would cost 30% of the price of the items, not to mention likely customs fees. It would be a honest business practice to mention that when ordering from outside US, but why do that if customers are stuck with the products and will not send it back and they know it.

The whole user experience is quite gracious. Like visting a shop where the salesperson is actually forthcoming. Checkout process is easy, but nothing special. Post sales communication is insistent, but not pushy and even though the delievery time for Scandinavia is about a week it all works smooth. The product is absolutely great.

The pants are very cool, comfortable and fit great. Just make sure to get 2 to 3 sizes larger because Japanese sizes run very small compared to US sizes. I made that mistake initially, but the team was very helpful and accommodating, making the exchange process quick and easy. Great quality and service.
