Our driver Ramon was so lovely and communicative. We were delayed 1 hour on the ground and and another in the air and he met us perfectly outside of baggage claim at 12 midnight in the rain and had the car seats all ready for our tired troops ~ this service was great

Peace of Mind
Our driver, Nelson was great! Texted the day before and morning of to confirm pickup place and give tiny tidbits of advice. He knew right when our plane landed and he pulled up right as we walked outside from baggage claim. Super friendly to us and our kiddos, stickers for my oldest. Car seats were installed properly and took no adjusting and they were clean-yay!! He drove safely, had fun information about where we were driving through and even interactively listened to my chatty four year old. We would highly recommend!

Hi Tanya, Wow. I could not be any prouder while reading this beautiful and such genuine review. Nelson is our CEO and the founder of Kidmoto, yet he is always humble enough to make sure everyone receives an excellent experience by driving our passengers himself as often as he could. I'm certain Nelson will be teary-eyed as he reads this. I myself teared-up a bit because this was so heartfelt. Everyone at Kidmoto values every feedback especially such as this one because it is what keeps us inspired. We are very happy that you and your family enjoyed your journey. I'm pretty sure Nelson enjoyed the trip as well and never had a dull moment because of your adorable family. We would love to have you again soon! This car service was great!
This car service was great! I had two kids ages 4 and 5 with me and our luggage. This made it possible for us to get into the city and back to the airport without lugging car seats as well. Our drivers were on time and friendly. We will definitely use this service next time we visit New York!
