Airport pick up
The driver kept in touch with us, once we landed and waited for us at the arrivals. Great service overall, however very expensive, hence 4 stars.

Overall great experience but...
Overall great experience but... The car that arrived was not the car that was stated in the confirmation text. The text stated that we'd be expecting a Infiniti QX60, however we were met with a Nissan sedan. This caused some confusion as we weren't sure if this is the right car. That said, driver was very courteous and car was very very very clean (especially the child car seat!) this was definite a plus in my books. Just feedback for future to ensure the right car is listed in the confirmations.

I love the Kidmoto experience
I love the Kidmoto experience. The drivers are friendly, helpful and safe. The cars are very clean and well appointed. In addition, they are on time- every time! The only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars is the extraordinarily high price of the service. It's beyond expensive.

Nice driver
Nice driver, clean car and safe driving. With the wait charge they warn you about I was expecting them to be on time. We waited at the terminal for 20 minutes.

Excellent service and fills a huge need…
Excellent service and fills a huge need for traveling families! Loved this! Excellent driver and service! Only drawback was I didn't hear back through the chat feature in the app... not sure if it was working. Would love to have more details on where to go and meet the driver once we arrive at the airport. Our driver was extremely nice, prompt, and professional. The car and carseats were clean. Really glad we found this service. Our travel was so much easier! Thanks!

Expensive but excellent service
This app is great, really easy to use and a very good service. We booked transfers to and from JFK and the cars arrived on time with the correct baby seats. Both our drivers were excellent. It was all very relaxing and hassle-free. I’m only giving it four stars because it was extremely expensive!

There are a slew of reasons we have to charge a bit more than others, but it’s mainly for the added cost of our insurances, training, and the hiring of only the top qualified drivers in the area. Our car seats are top of the line, the added cost of training the drivers to install the car seats correctly, and the extra insurance we pay to cover you, and your most precious cargo are just a few of them. Excellent service
Excellent service, lovely drivers and great car seat for my 4mo. I thought the price was quite high however there are minimal services of this kind.
