I am brand new. Paid for the premium. Linked my Ig no problem then all of a sudden needs the update IG password. Ive been trying for last hour to put my password it and it's not accepting . How is any company in this world allowed to open without a customer service number. Beyond me. I need answers. Reply to message from kicksta. I'm so happy I found their service. It's been such an asset in building my IG account. You do have to make sure you're posting consistently to keep people interested. Overall, I'm happy with the service and plan to use it for my other IG too.

I have used the service for a few months and I find the users it attracts to my account aren’t the target I am hoping for. I also gained a lot of followers from my own promotion and the dashboard on kicksta claimed the spike on that day I earned my followers which was not from there doing. So far it’s been okay. I’m not sure how much longer I would continue using the service.

Great service that gets results. Responsive customer service that really cares about pleasing. It helps if your content is good. They can’t accomplish miracles but I can definitely say I am happy with the results.
