The Service works just as described. Pretty slow organic growth, with like 80-100 new followers per month so far. There were some difficulties with Kicksta disconnecting from the Instagram account, but the customer service fixed it in 1 day and provided free credit for the time lost. Would recommend!

Horrible, we had issues from the beginning and have not gotten any response from customer service to our 4 emails/support requests over a two-week period. Needless to say, we want to cancel within the 14-day trial period, but again: no response.

Kicksta has been amazing. At first I was worried because we had a few minor target list issues during the first month but they quickly resolved the issues. They have been consistent, effective and this is where my loyalty lies. Thank you!

Awesome company, grew me from under 600 to nearly 1k in a month, barely any effort... all genuine engagements, no botting.

I am pleasantly surprised! It’s a slow burn but it’s authentic and feels like it’s really gaining momentum. I recommend! Oh, and great customer service!

I am giving 2 stars as they actually do reply when you contact them, otherwise I would be giving them one star. I have a very active, current, regularly updated Instagram page, and have received very few followers from them even with the premium account. When I first contacted them that their website wasnt doing anything, I was given a 1/2 month credit (which was how long it hadn’t been working). When I contacted them a few days later, to tell them again it still wasn’t working, they put me onto their sister account which is a manual growth. So at this point I received a 1/2 month credit but ended up with 1 week of them working my account for $100. At this point I thought It had to get better, I was wrong. I had very little growth with them and I contacted them to cancel. I was informed I needed to go on the website and cancel. I thought I had cancelled until I received the next bill. I had no idea it was still running as nothing was happening on my account. I have tried to get a refund for the last month and was informed that because I received a whopping 43 new followers this month (the average account is supposed to receive 300 a month) that I would not receive a refund. I can guarantee that the 43 I did get were mostly from me as I had been running ads and also been doing give aways for the release of a new song. Total scam and a waste of $400. Had high hops that Kicksta.co was trust worthy but after I paid $99 it keeps giving me the error my instagram password is wrong and I can't do anything. I've tried signing into instagram with the password and it worked.. been trying to get ahold of support.

I was a little apprehensive at first but this has helped grow our instagram account substantially WITH REAL followers! Great piece of software I love it!!
