Definitely a SCAM! I was patient enough to wait for 4 months (paid $49 x 4) because their customer rep repeatedly promised they are working as hard as possible to resolve the "network issue" and that it takes time to study the "targets". Guess what, 4 months passed I've gained 0 follower and its still "studying"the targets. Will ask for refund back. If they don't allow, will report to BBB!

SCAM, don't use this service. They get your password and nothing happens. I hope i get my refund...

Do not invest in this tool! Save your time, nerves and money. By setting aside 15 mins per day to like posts from the targeted accounts you’ll get more results than with this tool. It was absolutely the worst experience ever. They liked around 70 posts in a month always relying on the fact that they cannot do more than that so to not block my instagram account. What? I am liking much more posts than that in the same period of time. At the end gained 0 new followers.

Saw the bad reviews and should have known better. I started my account and after 4 days of zero action on their end I emailed them only to get a $25 dollar credit towards the following month. When I asked when I’d see something happen I get this “unfortunately our dev team doesn’t have a specific timeframe as to when this will be resolved”. this is straight fraud. They know they can’t deliver and still collect money. Canceling, contacting my credit card company, and the BBB to see what can be done legally.

Definitely a scam, after week 1 no movement on my account at all, just kept saying gathering data-spoke to support and they said trust them they are working on it and heres a 10 USD voucher for next time, another week goes by and still nothing so I cancelled it and asked for a refund. Pointless experience.

I saw the 2-week money back offer and thought 'nothing to lose by trying it' so I signed up and added the target accounts. After 2 weeks the targets still said 'collecting data' and nothing else was happening so I messaged support. They said 'sorry your account had a network error, it will be up and running again in 24 hrs'. After another 7 days there was still no change, so I cancelled the account. Zero followers gained, cost $49. So its a big thumbs down from me.

This is my first ever review on Trustpilot and I had to do it because I have been robbed and i want people to make a careful decision when signing up with Kicksta. I had a really bad experience with Kicksta. First of all my insta account got restricted for using this service despite them saying they follow insta guidelines. Then they were unable to update my password on the account and I had to email them the password despite them claiming that they do not need passwords. Then despite adding targets I was getting random followers most of them chicks posing in bikini from brazil. So I decided to cancel my subscription. Now I had signed up for the boost plan. But I was only refunded for premium plan. Aparently the Boost plan is delivered in colaboration with TSMA agency. I contacted both to resolve the issue and was told that i could not be refunded for what I signed up for because TSMA does not have a refund policy and that they had "fullfilled my growth" whatever the hell that means dont know. Probably that mean they got me some followers posing in bikini majority from South America. I dont do business in south america and nor were my targets south americans. I total waste of time and money and they are cheaters.

Kicksta has been an interesting experience. It took about a month to be onboarded (using for a business account), and now I'm seeing a tiny bit of audience growth. It's early on (first 2 active months) and I'm looking forward to being able to update this review saying it's been a success ;)
