I bought something from this site, but my order never arrived. After two months, they told me the package had been lost, and I never got my money back either. Be careful with this site—it’s a total scam.

Never got the product. Customer service refused to look further into the issue and contact USPS to check address. Refused to issue refund saying it’s a ‘loss’ for the company. As a company that sells international shoes pretty ridiculous that they don’t care about the product getting to the customer.

Till now i didnt receive the order, over a month now.

Warning – Kicksown.com is a scam! I ordered shoes and paid, but never received the product. The company is completely fake – the address on their website doesn’t match the phone number’s location, and no store is registered at that address (officially confirmed). Customer service only makes excuses and lies. Total scam – don’t waste your money!

Ordered a month ago, third party shipping won't give me my package, unsure if I will receive my order at all.

Will not respond after their mistake! I waited almost a month to receive the 8.5 joker 1gt se. When I pulled them out of the box. The right one was a 9.5 and the left, was a 7.5! I pulled out the insoles and was shocked to see stamped in the size difference. When reaching out to “Amy smith” she said they would make it right by either sending a new pair either the correct size or a refund. I didn’t want to deal with the wrong size again, so I opted for a refund. What started out as a “good” experience in trusting this company. Quickly shifted to HORRIBLE!! Not only didn’t I not receive my refund they no longer are replying back to my emails. Do your self a favor, buy from somewhere else. Unless you’re willing to gamble and being ignored. Not worth what ever discount you might think you’ll get.
