I pre-ordered the Optimus Prime track…
I pre-ordered the Optimus Prime track Fleet on May 11th 2023 and received my pre-order on December 10th 2023. I started emailing after 5 months asking about the pre-order to get any kind of communication from kicks and they kept telling me that Mattel has not given them their orders yet when they were already selling the same thing I pre-ordered on their website and it was available through their website. The only way I would get communication from them is if I emailed first. I will never pre-order anything from kicks again. I pre-ordered through JCars diecast and One stop diecast and got my orders months before I received the same thing from kicks.

Thank you for your feedback. We have not previously experienced such a delay from a distributor. To prevent this in the future, we have enhanced our communication process to ensure customers are promptly informed of any major delays with their orders.
