A promising browser football game
I think KickoffBoss is an ambitious project that still needs some improvements. It feels like the game is still in its early stages, which is understandable. The game is not completely pay-to-win, but there is some advantage for players who spend money. For example, paying around €15 helps you get started more comfortably, although after that it doesn't feel necessary to keep spending. What I believe needs the most improvement is the user interface and the frequency of updates. As a programmer, I can understand some of the challenges involved, but there are areas that could be made more user-friendly. A good example is the team lineup screen, which can feel a bit cumbersome when managing your squad. That said, there are several things I like about the game. The economy system is interesting, especially the way it uses three different currencies. There are also some good ideas behind the overall management experience. Overall, I see KickoffBoss as an ambitious project with solid potential. If the development team stays motivated and continues improving the game, I believe it could become a very good football management game in the future.
