A much more detailed guide is needed regarding: 1) Team management as far as the football part is concerned. 2) Everything concerning leaques and cups, both national and international. These are absolutely essential for a new manager who starts by facing chaos. Even if one searches for instructions in the forum, they will mainly find information about funds and financial transactions. I believe many new managers get discouraged quickly for these reasons and abandon the game relatively soon.
