I think this is an amazing company that really benefits the small business owner. It costs so much money to process credit cards, but with Kibo pay I am saving so much money. The staff Especially Shirley, are so helpful and available whenever I need them. Such great people and business partners. Thank you guys for all your help. Sincerely a satisfied client!

I was very interested in switching from our current merchant services provider and did my research before ever calling Kibo Pay. From the very 1st phone call I was impressed with their customer service! Mike K. was fantastic to work with and he went above and beyond to respond to my inquiries. He called when he said he would and followed-up to each and every concern I had. Ultimately, Kibo Pay was not able to provide the same type of system that we currently used and therefore we were unable to take advantage of their great price. I'm sad because I was sure I would have had a positive experience if it would have been a successful transition. Either way, it is worth it to see if Kibo Pay can save you money and their customer service is THE BEST!

We have been using KIBO Pay for a few months and love it. The employees at customer service go above and beyond to help with any questions that you have. I would not hesitate to recommend this program to anyone.

We were really reluctant to make a change simply because it sounded too good to be true. We couldn't be happier with our decision. We have not experienced resistance from our customers. The customer service with Kibo is absolutely exceptional. I can reach out to Shirley at any time of the day and she is so very quick to respond. She is extremely helpful given any situation and very thorough. It's been a great partnership and I would highly recommend them.
