The program is very helpful to small business. Aside from the program itself, the follow up is excellent and the people there are very responsive. They make sure everything is going the way it's supposed to. As a bonus, your credit card receipts are deposited very quickly. Faster than any other processor we've had. Very important because cash flow is critical.

Do not trust this company. They "accidentally" took $1300 out of our account and it took them 15 days to return the funds. They are continuing to deduct the wrong amount of monthly fees. And most recently deducted instead instead of refunded additional fees and we are still waiting on this.

We had a dispute and a manager reached out the next day and corrected it all. We did not realize we were calling the wrong company, the one listed on our mobile processing device, regarding our account. Double check you’re talking to Kibo Pay customer care and not one of their processing merchants. We did not do this and the company we were speaking with didn’t clarify. Either way, it all worked out and Kibo Pay customer service was amazing,
