I have been using Kibopay processing for over two years now, and this is the most satisfying experience i have had since being in business since 1994, and I have had many other processors through the years, but none that you could actually get an immediate response, and satisfaction to any issue, and that is because of our agent in charge of the account, Maria Khapayeva, I can actually talk to her, email her, and even text, which is quite amazing in the world of credit card processing. That kind of personal service is what keeps me from even considering any other processor.

Rachel R. has been so on top of customer service. She responds to me within minutes of my emails and has had all the answers I needed. She was even able to rush a request through for me that can take a week or two normally. I am so appreciative!

Mike originally reached out and we decided to go with a different company. Within 30 days, I was calling Mike and apologizing for my mistake. Kibo has been amazing. Easy setup, the fees are passed onto the customer, the reporting is clean. Which being an accountant was the #1 request of mine. Everyone from start to finish have been amazing.

Sales rep Mike Klimczak was absolutely great to work with - he answered all our questions (and we had many!). The actual processing gear gave us a few problems when it arrived, and even though Mike was in sales he was very helpful getting us the right gear and solid answers. We've been up and running for several months and are very happy with credit card processing via Kibo.

I gave 5 stars because of the great customer service I have received time and time again. Kibo has made it easy for me to do business with them. I highly recommend them!
