Ryan has been Awesome!! During our first call, he really hung in there with me. The call was almost an hour long and included many difficult and/or unusual questions as our POS needs at our business are unique. Through a bit of trial and error, we were able to work out exactly what was needed and how Kibo could help save us huge amounts of money. He was right with me during the setup process of our terminal as well. I would absolutely recommend him to a colleague and plan to if I have the chance.

Great company for your dollar

I have been so impressed with this company since we first signed up with them. Any time I have had any issue, including just forgetting how to do something, their customer support has been right there. I've always gotten to talk to a human without having to go through numerous phone trees. Much appreciated! My most recent encounter was because our business suffered some check fraud and we had to change bank accounts. Rachel was super helpful in getting all of that done and it's a big deal. So thanks, KiboPay, for just being great at what you do!
