Maria K. has been amazing through this entire process. She is friendly, knowledgeable, comforting, and has unbelievable customer service skills and work ethic. The evening that we were switching, she kept her headset on figuring we would be calling...which we did (after hours). She has made our transition easy and answers all of our calls to this day. THANK YOU, MARIA!!!

Could not be happier with the service and system. When my machine stopped working, they immediately sent a new working device and were very patient with me on setting up and trouble shooting throughout my entire process. Best customer service I have had with any credit card device.
