KiafinanceReviews of kiafinance.com

Kia finance is the worst auto finance lender. They are rude and non-customer friendly. As soon as I complete a finance transaction i am waiting to do both cars are going to be gone! They can take their kurt and awful company and shove it.

These crooks and their 3rd pary gap insurance carco work together to get over fraudulently on unsuspecting customers. They drag it out hoping to extort extra payments out of you. Avoid any dealing with these crooks. They should be reported and sued.

I have leased six Kias. I decided to purchase for cash a 2026 Kia EV. I had five remaining payments on my 2024 KIa EV. The Kia dealer bought out my lease so I can purchase a 2026 Kia EV. Now Kia finance is charging me a 400 disposition fee. It say on their site that they would waive a disposition fee if I purchase a new Kia. Well after two phone calls( they have no email contact) it seems they are determined to charge me the 400 dollars.Even though I showed them on their own site it should be waived. I will NOT pay it and see what happens. UNBELIEVABLE.

I was a KIA customer for several years and l loved my KIA souls. I had 3. I never had a problem with the dealer. I did have a problem with Kia finance America. I started calling them so my payments were done over the phone. I do not know if you could blame the mail service or what. When I got down to the last payments the people there accused me of missing 2 payments. I made all the payments. I even requested documentation showing that l made my payments. I paid an extra payment because l felt like l was going to have a problem with them. I did it because l wanted a clear title to the car. I have got a new car. It is not with KIA. I will never finance with them again

After being conned by the KIA salesman that I would not receive the rebates advertised unless I financed with their worthless finance company, I reluctantly financed with them and later refinanced to a better rate. After I did this, they owed me an overpayment refund check that was BAD and their only solution for their error is to "resend" the check which I'm sure will bounce also. If you are reading this and are considering using them -DON'T -unless you enjoy frustration and embarrassment with your own bank by trying to deposit a bad check from a seemingly reputable company!

I should have known from my first car payment experience that Kia Finance would be the worst decision of my life. Called and told them the money did not come out of my account, and a rep assured me that my car note was paid. Next month who receives notice that her car payment was a month behind and I was charged a late fee. Had to dispute that and ask them to refer back to the conversation I had with one of their lovely reps. Now two car payments were submitted, and I have to wait 15 or more for a refund?! Like are kidding me. Spoke with a rep that said the check could not expedited and he sent me over to the supervisor who said the same thing. I called back and got the same rep who in turn told me that the check could be expedited but proceeds to say unfortunately the request has already been put in so we can no longer expedite it smh. I would have rather had a high interest with another company instead of a low interest rate with them. Worst company ever!!
