If i could put zero I would. They may make beautiful, well equipped cars but they are unreliable. They definitely don’t stand by their mission statement. In less than 3 years i have had multiple issues, since i am a free months past the lemon law, they won’t do anything. Kia Motors’ mission is to produce high-quality vehicles with great technology and value. They aim to inspire customers through sustainable mobility solutions. Regretting switching from honda, going back to reliable not the cool gadgets

Future Kia owners beware! I purchased a 2020 Optima EX brand new. At 80K miles there was a shudder experienced when pressing the gas pedal. The dealership in Las Vegas had me pay for a software update which didn't fix the issue. A couple of months later they said the clutch in the transmission was the issue but no refund on the software update. The clutch repair was covered by the powertrain warranty. 2 weeks later the fuel pump goes bad, nearly $1400 repair. The car doesn't have 90K miles yet, clutch and fuel pump goes out. This brand has proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy. I really regret buying this car. Big mistake!!

Kia Sorento Hybrid 2022 After an 11-week repair, our vehicle is back in the shop again with the exact same dangerous problem. The car will suddenly shut off while driving, without warning, no matter where we are. The first time it happened was on Interstate 275, and the second time it happened on U.S. 19—both extremely busy and dangerous roads. This could have easily resulted in a serious accident. What concerns me even more was the response from the dealership. Instead of showing concern for our safety, we were told, "I'm going to go out to the car and it will start." That completely missed the point. The issue isn't whether it starts later—it's that it stops while being driven. My wife could have been seriously injured or worse. At this point, I have lost confidence in both the vehicle and Crown Kia's handling of this situation. We expected a dealership that promotes itself as a "family company" to put customer safety first. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. This matter will not end with this review. I will be consulting an attorney and will continue to share my experience so other consumers are aware of what we have gone through. If your vehicle is shutting off while driving, that is a serious safety concern that deserves immediate attention. I sincerely hope Crown Kia begins treating these situations with the urgency they deserve.

I purchased a 2026 kia Seltos from Glassman Auto in Michigan on April 15, 2026. Was told plates would arrive two to three weeks in the mail. Today is June 29th and they still haven't come and I've called dealer ship every week,I have been paying a note and insurance for a car I can't drive because I have no valid plates

Bait-and-Switch Tactics and Zero TransparencyI am incredibly frustrated with the misleading sales tactics at this dealership. Ramin originally sent me a written email offering $25,000 for my Mazda trade-in. However, when I arrived in person, they attempted to drop the offer to $23,000, completely ignoring the email proof I presented. To make matters worse, another sales associate previously told me I could lease or finance a Kia Sorento for close to $350 a month. When I came in yesterday to move forward, the actual quote was a staggering $664 a month with $5,000 down. This is almost double the original estimate and completely outside my budget. The blatant lack of consistency and transparency here is unacceptable. Tony the customer relations manager reached out and I explained what happened, he stated they’re all about transparency- that was it. No sorry or offering to be of assistance. I was also ghosted multiple times. It was so awful I decided to avoid Kia and got a Hyundai instead. All because of these terrible sales people and managers. I expect a business to honor their word and their written offers instead of using classic bait-and-switch numbers to get people through the door. Avoid this location if you expect honest communication.

I understand now why Kia motors America has only 1&1/2 Stars out of five. Here is my issue: I received a notification about my Kia Sorento that there was a limited warranty extension relating to the airbag clock spring assembly which made the airbag warning light stay on after I started the car. I went to Hollywood Kia here in South Florida with the paperwork in my hand that I received from Kia corporate headquarters in Irvine California. The notification States in bold letters that "You will not be charged for this diagnosis, regardless of the condition causing the light to illuminate", but after the service advisor spoke to the service manager they said that they would have to charge me one hour of shop time if the diagnosis for the condition was not the clock spring assembly that was outlined in the warranty extension. Shop time is billed at $220 per hour. Needless to say, that I left the dealership in disgust and utter frustration and I will never do any business with them in the future. After that I spoke with Kia consumer assistance and explained what had transpired at the dealership. They were not able to help me because the car was originally purchased in Canada so they referred me to Kia Canada who was absolutely no help because they could not find any recall or warranty extension for my car. That makes perfect sense because the notification came from Kia motors consumer assistance center in California. So after all of this run around, I have decided to repair the car at my local mechanic which should cost somewhere in the vicinity of $250 and never do business with any Kia dealership again. I hope that the loss of business that they will incur because of poor reviews like mine will cost them plenty of lost revenue. Their cars are decent quality, but the after sales service leaves a lot to be desired. The bottom line is to make sure that any car you are purchasing will have good after sales service. If you read some of the reviews here you will most likely stay away from Kia vehicles.

They don't care about their customers. I needed them to help me and they were so cold and uncaring...they call themselves customer care which is a joke
