Great product

So far so good.
A few years ago I bought a K&F tripod through their Amazon shop and I'm still very happy with it. My Canon EOS MK III batteries are getting old and I needed replacements. When I Googled, the K&F shop came up with three batteries and a charger for three batteries for a very reasonable price. I decided to buy directly from the K&F shop this time and buying went smoothly. Communication was good. The batteries were then send from the German K&F shop with text in German, which is no problem for me, as it is one of the languages I'm pretty fluent in. Anyone could make out the name of the product and the date so it wouldn't be a problem for someone who doesn't have German and there is always Google translate. The package arrived in good time and I charged one of the batteries which is now in the camera and working fine. Obviously I don't know yet how long they will last, but so far so good and also judging by the performance of their tripod, I won't hesitate to buy from K&F concept again.

Great customer service
Great customer service. One of the lens covers was cracked during shipment. The company replaced it and promptly sent the new one.

Fast Response and Resolution.
They listened to my issue and came up with a reasonable way to validate the issue. They promptly responded and send out a new product. Was a very efficient process.

Good quality items at a reasonable…
Good quality items at a reasonable price. I had a small issue with mine which customer service were very quick to resolve.

Floating Camera Handle
We purchased a floating handle from this company, it lasted twice under water and completely snapped off leaving the camera at the bottom of the ocean. After many emails back and forward I have today received an item from their store which can hopefully be used towards the replacement of a new camera.
