Camera mount screw broke off, but they sent a replacement
My camera mounts screw snapped in half. Upon emailing the company, they were quick to analyze the photos and send out a replacement mount for me asap. The shipping speed was rapid and so was the whole process. I appreciate their business and have already referred a few friends their way!

Incredible quality gear with a fast…
Incredible quality gear with a fast moving support team. Warranty for a missing part I bought from a third party seller was no problem at all, have a lot of confidence in this brand.

K&F Concept very quick to resolve
K&F Concept were very quickly able to identify that my item was faulty and send out a replacement very quickly. I have purchased a lot of K&F products and this is the first time I have had any issue with the products.

I had 2-3 problems with the K and F NPZ…
I had 2-3 problems with the K and F NPZ F100 batteries. But on both occasions, customer service was able to respond quickly and I received a replacement item in less than a week, perfect!

Very efficient help service
I needed a simple screw (to attach to the central pillar of the tripod). Had no clue where I could get it. They helped my right away and offered me a simple and reasonable solution. Cheqp and effective! So that I can continue to use my tripod which is great!
