Ordered a K&F Concept lens 3in1 filter on Amazon website, arrived on the same day. The filter came with the case and a couple of prepacked microfiber cleaning cloth and a warranty card with a QR code. By scanning the code i could extend the basic 3 years warranty to 10 years! The product seems to be a very good quality, metal construction, very durable. Only downside is the case, flimsy plastic, but is acceptable in this price point.
Response from K&F CONCEPTFeb 2, 2026
Dear Raimund, Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a comprehensive and thoughtful review! We are truly impressed by the level of detail you provided, and it means a great deal to us. First, we are delighted that you received your 3-in-1 filter swiftly and are pleased with its core qualities: the robust metal construction, overall durability, and the value-added benefit of the 10-year extended warranty via QR code. It’s wonderful to hear that these key features meet your expectations for quality. We also sincerely appreciate your honest feedback regarding the carrying case. While we aim to provide functional protection at this price point, we are always listening. Your note about the case has been shared with our product team for consideration in future design iterations. Reviews like yours, which highlight both the strengths and areas for potential improvement, are invaluable. They help us celebrate what we’re doing right and focus on where we can do even better. Thank you again for choosing K&F CONCEPT and for sharing your experience with the community. We are thrilled to have you as a customer and look forward to serving you for many years to come. Perfect service, perfect product. I bought an adapter for an Insta360 AcePro 2 to fit my little gimbal. The first one didn´t fit 100% so my AcePro 2 wasn´t securely mounted. I wrote the support and after some mails they sent me a new one. The new one fits perfect now.

Got a tripod from them long ago and its out of warranty. But they step up to the plate and send me replacement feet for it. I only wish that they designed their tripod better so the feet does not come off so easily. And it would be nice that they offer them for sale in case we need them years from now. In all, a good exp with their product and their customer service.
Response from K&F CONCEPTJan 27, 2026
Dear Dave, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this detailed and thoughtful feedback about your long-term experience with our tripod. Reviews like yours are incredibly valuable to us. First and foremost, we truly appreciate your recognition of our customer service team for “stepping up to the plate” to provide replacement feet, even beyond the warranty period. Our goal is always to support our customers for the long haul, and we’re glad we could assist. Equally important, we sincerely thank you for your constructive feedback regarding the foot design and availability. We have forwarded your specific comments about the feet detaching too easily and the suggestion to offer them for separate purchase directly to our product development and sales teams for serious consideration. Continuous improvement of our products based on real-user experience is a core principle for us. It means a great deal to us that, despite the design concern, your overall experience with both the product and our service remains positive. We are committed to earning your trust every day. Thank you again for your loyalty and for helping us build better products. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. K&F CONCEPT Team
