K & F Concept Selfie Stick
I have K & F Concerts camera tripod and a the accessory magic arm. I have been very pleased with these very versatile products. I them purchased K & F Concepts Selfie Stick. This product is also innovative and well made. However the remote did not work. I contacted their customer service department who promptly responded. The quickly sent me another remote and works great. The Selfie stick is a great photo tool. Dry pleased. MR

I had lost a ND filter when it had…
I had lost a ND filter when it had fallen off my gimble after a drone crash. I asked K&F if there was anything they could do as I could not find a singular filter for sale, only kits. They offered to send me a free replacement with proof of purchase. Will totally do business again. Great customer service.

An item was missing from a combo…
An item was missing from a combo package, it happens. After contacting K&F support directly (kfconcept.com) they immediately dispatched the part that was missing and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. Excellent service.

Purchased a camera bag from Amazon and…
Purchased a camera bag from Amazon and the strap that goes onto a suite case ripped. Messaged customer support and got a response within a couple of hours! They were able to buy me a replacement. Excellent support !

I had spoke to the customer service…
I had spoke to the customer service team after orders, i had told them my item had arrived damaged/not in working order, they had asked for proof, as expected, and i had sent the proof. I then soon recovered and email saying i had a replacement arriving, after i had sent my details, this was the fastest customer service i had yet used. Overall the process took less than 24 hours all thanks to julie.

Excellent Customer Service
I recently purchased a few batteries for my Canon DSLR as a backup but unfortunately after a little while they ahd stopped working, I had reached out to K&F Customer Service and was really surprised by their attention to detail in resolving my issue, it is always a concern when dealing with a company online that you feel like you are just a number, but I was genuinely delighted as to how they resolved the issue at hand and would happily purchase from them again.
