Hi there, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. Your story really made our day. 😊 We're sorry to hear that the thread on your Multi-Function Super Clamp wore off due to frequent use — but honestly, knowing that you've been using it so heavily for your YouTube content is a kind of compliment in itself. We love hearing that our gear is being put to good, hard work. We're so glad that our team could respond promptly and that the video you sent helped us understand exactly what you needed. And yes — we sent you a full replacement unit, not just the screw, because we believe in making things right in the best way possible, not just the bare minimum. Your words — "generosity and quick turn around time" — mean a lot to us. Knowing that we could surprise and delight you is exactly the kind of experience we strive to create. Thank you for being a valued customer and for taking the time to share your appreciation. We're honored to support your YouTube journey and hope the new clamp serves you just as well — for many more videos to come. Warm regards, The K&F CONCEPT Team

Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in our response and for the frustration this has caused. We completely understand your frustration regarding the lens cap size discrepancy — you expected a 62mm cap to fit your 55mm filter as described, and it didn't. That is certainly not the experience we want you to have. We would like to kindly explain that our customer service team operates across different time zones, which sometimes results in slower response times than we would like. We are genuinely sorry for the waiting time you experienced. Regarding your case: we are currently looking into the issue and verifying the details you've provided. Please rest assured that we are taking this seriously and will work toward a proper and fair solution for you. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in providing the video — it helps us understand the issue more clearly and ensure we resolve it correctly. We will get back to you as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to make things right. Sincerely, The K&F CONCEPT Team

Dear Valued Customer, Thank you so much for sharing your detailed and positive experience with us. Your words have truly made our team smile. 😊 We sincerely apologize that the screw on your tripod head became blocked on the very first day of shooting — that's certainly not the reliability we want you to experience from our gear. However, we're absolutely delighted to hear that our team was able to step in and offer a replacement immediately after reviewing your photos and video. A special thank you for recognizing Julie and Rhian by name. Knowing that they were able to guide you through alternative tripod head options for your setup and workflow — always fast, patient, and polite — means the world to us. We'll be sure to share your kind words with them personally. We're also glad we could help "unscrew" you from the situation 😄 — your clever choice of words made us smile! Your final verdict — "5 stars earned" — is the highest compliment we could ever receive. Thank you for your patience, your trust, and for giving us the opportunity to make things right. We're honored to have you as part of the K&F CONCEPT family. Warm regards, The K&F CONCEPT Team
