Keytours VacationsReviews of keytours.com

Petra is very professional and gave me excellent service and help. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating. She is always prompt and accommodating. She is an excellent asset of Key Tours.

Since the beginning, my trip advisor Sandy was very helpful, resourceful, and understanding. She walked me through the process and gave me professional advice while also allowing me to make my own decisions. There were several complications on my part and she solved them quickly and efficiently. Andreas was another member of Keytours Vacations who assisted me and he was just as helpful and resourceful. Will definitely be using them again!

Thanks to Keytours my sisters and I had a trip of a lifetime. Everything was perfect. The hotels were in the heart of the city and close to public transportation so it made it easy to get to all the sites. The airline booked for us was so nice. Great food and free liquor on international flights. Finally, the train booked was so amazing. What a wonderful way to see the country side of Europe. Seriously, a trip of a lifetime. Thank you Keytours.

Paul took excellent care in planning a group excursion for a group in Italy. While there was a hiccup while we were there it was addressed promptly and taken care. I will be using Key Tours for future needs.

I have used Key Tours at least three times, once for a short pre-planned small group tour, once for a 10-person group that I did the planning for, and once for a 3-person tour of 3 cities where they provided only the hotels, transportation, and transfers and we had the freedom to do what we wanted all day. In all instances Key Tours was easy to work with, understood what I wanted out of each tour, and worked with me to ensure the timeframes, hotel quality, and needs of the travelers were met. I will use Key Tours again for future travel.

I had a great experience with Key Tours traveling to Europe with my friends. Through out the tour we have been taken care of very professional tour guides. Accommodations and bus services were super as well. I highly recommend Key Tours for your Europe travel arrangements.

I have used Keytours for 2 trips. Both times I worked with Petra. The hotels, travel arrangements, and group tours were all excellent. Petra was readily accessible and answered all my questions. I will not hesitate to use Keytours in the future.

Everything went smooth--everything followed the itinerary as promised. Great guides, good excursions
