Italy Trip for Seema Khan
Hello Samina, Thank you for organizing our trip to Italy. It went very smoothly and the limo services to and from the airport and the train stations made a big difference. The drivers were very polite and always on time. It made our experience that much smoother. The first hotel in Rome, Hotel Mecenate, was not very comfortable. It was an old hotel and rather dingy but it was OK. The second hotel in Naples, Hotel Naples, gave us a room for the handicapped which was very uncomfortable. The bathroom door wouldn't close which is not good with 3 people sharing a room and the internet service in the room was non-existent. After we made a fuss they did move us to another room the next day which was perfect. And I must say they are very honest. Mushtaq left his wallet in the safe and we didn't even realize that he had left it there. The desk clerk gave it to us the next day with everything intact. I was very very impressed by this, especially when we have heard how you have to be careful of pick pockets in Italy. The third hotel, Hotel Trevi Collection, was the best. The room was very comfortable and well furnished with a desk and a sofa and of course 3 beds. It was modern, clean and comfortable. The hotel is also very close to the sights like the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and excellent restaurants. Also the shopping was all within walking distance to the hotel which was a big plus. I would recommend this hotel to all your customers in the future. The train was excellent - on time, clean, comfortable and very fast. It's a good way to travel in Italy. Highly recommended.
