I had never used a travel service prior to this vacation, and I admit that I was a bit skeptical during my first few phone contacts with staff at Keytours........but, after several conversations they worked out a good itenarary with my input for locations that were not on their standard tour and arranged good excursions for us in areas of our interest. Their pricing was very attractive based on what we found independently for this tour. There were some areas that could use improvement... we missed a connection transfer from airport to hotel as processing at customs took longer than usual and driver left, I guess possibly thinking we were not coming. Also, they need to insure and stress better communication between hotel front desk and customer rooms for notification of changes for transfer times. Several occasions we were anxious that our driver was very late when actually the pickup time had changed and the hotel front desk had not notified us of these changes.....all worked out just fine, but would have been comforting to know that the times had changed and we would have not rushed to make the connection. Keytours was very accommodating in working out city transfers during a European train strike to insure our trip was not compromised at all. Overall, I commend and recommend Keytours for their efforts and tour credentialing, This was a really fantastic tour. I will certainly be using them again for our next venture to Europe.

I would recommend this company. I really enjoyed the experience. Some of the highlights included : Itinerary was exciting and interesting Knowledgeable tour guide Well organized transportation Some areas for improvement included : Several of the hotels were overloaded for meals with large tour groups; as as a result, buffet lines were painful. Several breakfast buffets were not good My seat at front of travel van was beside the driver for the entire trip. All the double seats were chosen immediately on first day, and never rotated. For the most part I enjoyed sitting at the front. But one drawback was the narrative during highway drives, wasn't very clear or understandable for me. Also, the front seat doesn't recline, so I did not get any available sleep as all others were able to do. Note : I don't have a suggestion, but I would expect on tours to make sure seating is rotated some how. This was a small group and I doubt given the option, nobody would have rotated seats. Interestingly, the two couples or four people did not sit with each other, but sat individually in the double seats, and the tour guide took the last double seat. Maybe an effort by the tour guide to talk with individuals periodically to make sure everyone is understanding the information would be helpful. Or, the tour guide could sit at front. This would allow the guide to face everyone when talking. Again, thanks for the effort and good journey. Howard Phillips

I had some clients who came back from Italy on a trip that I booked through Key Tours. They raved about the hotels, private transfers and tours I had arranged with Key Tours so I had no problems at all. I have used Key Tours in the past and have really had great success! The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because of in the past couple of bookings I had been told a certain rate only to have it go up in price within a day or so of quote. I am not used to this as my clients need a few days to really think over the cost . Other than that I totally think Key Tours has been wonderful and easy to work with. Totally will recommend them!

Sandy our travel agent was amazing. She deserves 5 stars! Everything was great and organized. My only issue was that the hotels could have been better.

We purchased a Living Social voucher to travel to Paris and Barcelona in May, 2017. Sandy was wonderful to work with--very responsive and willing to help us secure the right flights to Paris and Barcelona. Our stay in Paris was fantastic. The hotel was located in a great neighborhood that was very walkable. Our hotel in Barcelona was a bit off the beaten path and was not walkable. Additionally, we wish that our flight to Barcelona was a little earlier in the day as we only had 2 full days in Spain compared to 3.5 in Paris.

I had a great experience, I was a little lost with the locations to find the tour bus and the boat cruise.
