Excellent, timely, and professional
Osman is a fabulous agent. He is extremely responsive when dealing with emergencies. When a traveler had covid prior to flying home, he was always on top of making changes and assisting every step of the way.
Response from Keytours VacationsAug 26, 2026
A traveler testing positive for COVID right before their flight home is a genuine emergency, and staying on top of every change that's required is exactly the kind of responsiveness we want Osman known for. Thank you, Amy, for recognizing that.

Vicki Sachs was outstanding in helping…
Vicki Sachs was outstanding in helping me plan my clients (family of 5) to Italy. She helped me create an outstanding independent trip with interesting tours, wonderful guides and drivers, and great hotels that included a triple room that was perfect for the 3 adult kids in the family. The family said the trip was seamless. Thank you once again, for making me shine, Vicki!
Response from Keytours VacationsAug 26, 2026
A family of five traveling independently through Italy needs real thought behind the room configurations alone, and a triple room that fit the three adult kids perfectly shows Vicki was paying attention to details most wouldn't think to ask about. Calling the whole trip seamless is the best outcome we could hope for. Thank you, Cindy, we're always glad to help you shine.

Classics of Turkey Supersaver
I just wanted to thank Tuba and Keytours for their excellent help with our recent trip to Turkey. This trip was to take place two years ago just when the pandemic hit.Now two years later we were finally able to complete it. Throughout that time the company kept us informed of our options and provided us with the necessary land vouchers and airline information for when we were ready to fly. Tuba was fantastic with helping us as we were flying from Canada which made things a bit more of a challenge. I would definitely recommend this company and would certainly recommend a trip to Turkey. It is a beautiful country rich in history and culture. The people are warm and welcoming and the shopping is phenomenal too !!!
Response from Keytours VacationsAug 26, 2026
A trip delayed two years by the pandemic takes real patience on everyone's part, and staying informed with land vouchers and flight details the whole way through made all the difference when it finally came together. Flying in from Canada added its own layer of complexity, and Tuba clearly navigated it well. Thank you for such a warm recommendation, Sharon, and for sticking with us through the wait.
