Keytours Vacations - What A Pleasure Working With You!
Keytours (Rep. Esin Soydemir) - Thank you for helping me organize and plan an amazing trip for my 3 clients! When I asked about their trip/experience, one of clients stated, "Everything was absolutely perfect! My favorite resort was Ostracos in Mykonos. The service was top notch. Both the wine tour and catamaran were wonderful!" Her only recommendation for future travelers is to fly out later the last day of Crete. Getting in so late Wednesday night, they only had one day to experience/explore Crete. She also commented on how smooth and seamless the hotels and transfers went! As a travel agent, I look forward to continuing to recommend Keytours for planning a trip of a lifetime. Specifically working along with Esin: you was very responsive, answered all of my questions and questions from my client, and considered their wish list for what they wanted to experience while coordinating their trip options!
Response from Keytours VacationsAug 19, 2026
Your client's feedback says it all. Ostracos in Mykonos as a favorite, and both the wine tour and catamaran called out as highlights, that's exactly the kind of trip we hope to deliver. The note about flying out later from Crete is a smart one for future travelers, and we'll keep it in mind. We're glad that Esin's responsiveness to you and your clients made the whole process feel considered from start to finish. Thank you, Teyako, for continuing to recommend us, that means a great deal.

My experience working with Osman for this extensive semi-private trip to Italy for these clients was the best.

Extensive semi-private trips take real coordination to get right, and it sounds like Osman delivered exactly that for your clients in Italy. Thank you for calling it the best, Jenny!

Osman was excellent and took great care of my guests despite the request within three weeks of travel.
Response from Keytours VacationsAug 19, 2026
Thank you for the kind words, Karen! Three weeks isn't much runway for travel planning, and we're glad Osman still took great care of your guests within that window.

Although there were initial bumps the trip was excellent! The delays were airline related. All tours & hotel accommodations were exceptional.
Response from Keytours VacationsAug 19, 2026
Airline delays are never in anyone's control, but the tours and hotel accommodations still coming through as exceptional says a lot about how the rest of the trip was handled. Thank you for sharing this!

Highly recommend Key Tours!
I am a travel agent with little experience with Turkey and had some clients wanting to vacation there. So I reached out to Osman at Key Tours and he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt putting together a package within their budget. But the best part is clients got back a few days ago, and their feedback was excellent too. They had a wonderful trip, excursions, and transfers all operated on time, and the hotels were great.
Response from Keytours VacationsAug 19, 2026
New territory like Turkey can feel like a leap for any agent, so having Osman step in with knowledge and a package that fit the budget made all the difference. Hearing your clients came back with nothing but praise, on-time excursions and transfers included, is the best kind of follow-up. Thank you for the recommendation, Melinda!
