Amazing with High Profile Celebrity Client - Osman is incredible
I recently had the fortunate opportunity to work with Osman on a very High Profile Celebrity client where we need almost as close to a guarantee that nothing would glitch - I have to say from the very beginning of planning this Amalfi / Croatia PRIVATE holiday for the client Osman was TOP NOTCH ! Osman sent me pictures to reassure me the client was receiving the service I as her Travel Agent had promised - when all was said and done the clients remarks we "Your agency truly made this a DREAM VACATION - from the moment we touched down to the last transfer for departure exceeded our expectations ..." Highly recommend Osman and Keytours

A high-profile client with zero room for error puts real pressure on the plan, and Osman rose to it from the first day, even sending photos along the way so you could reassure your client. "Exceeded our expectations" from touchdown to final transfer is exactly the outcome we hope for on a trip this personal. Thank you, James, for trusting him with something so high stakes.

My clients recently returned from a trip to Italy and had an amazing time! Everything was outstanding from their hotels, to their tours and even their transfers. Osman is the best to work with he always gives my clients exactly what they want and more. He always answers all my emails in a timely manner and is there to help answer any questions I may have. He is very knowledgeable and I am always confident booking my clients trips with him and Keytours.

Hotels, tours, and transfers all landing as outstanding, that's Osman's follow-through in action. Timely answers to your emails and confidence every time you book, that's the partnership we want every agent to have. Thank you for the continued trust, Brenda.

Small group cruise of Croatia
We just returned from a small group cruise of Croatia and it was amazing! The ship was modern and the crew very accommodating. Every day we looked forward to visiting a new island/port. They were all beautiful! Thank you to Osman with Key Tours and Pat Franks with Covington for a wonderful vacation!
Response from Keytours VacationsAug 25, 2026
A small group cruise through Croatia sounds like the perfect way to see each island at its own pace. Glad the ship and the crew matched the beauty of the ports themselves. Thank you, Melissa, for the shoutout to Osman!

Mother and Son trip to London
Mother and Son just came back from London on a package that was pieced together by Vicki. They had a great time and really liked all the hotels and tours with driver/guide that we had set up. Favorite hotel was The Bath Priory Hotel. All the guides/drivers were on time and very good. Only issue had nothing to do with Key Tours was it took them 4 1/2 hr to clear customs in London, so make sure you give your clients plenty of time.
Response from Keytours VacationsAug 25, 2026
The Bath Priory as the standout favorite, with guides and drivers on time throughout, that's exactly what Vicki aimed for in piecing this trip together for mother and son. Good call flagging the customs wait in London, that's a helpful heads-up for future travelers even though it's outside our control. Thank you, Sue, for such a thorough account.
