Don't go near this company. After they charged and took my money for the Office code, it never arrived. After contacting their official customer service, I received unprecedented curses and insults for being from a certain country that the site opposes. Again, I emphasize not to approach them. The report was also forwarded to Microsoft so that they could sever ties with them.

It’s a complete scam. They take the payments and then stop responding — neither via chat nor email. The payment has been made, but their website keeps showing 'payment pending' indefinitely.

La pagina esta abandonada y muerta. No contestan en correos, chat directo de soporte ni WhatsApp. Las llaves no son entregadas y solamente te cobran, además de que lo hacen en criptos, lo que aumenta el pago desde tu entidad bancaria y no te dicen. Es una porquería y una estafa que no entrega los pedidos. Tengo más de un mes esperando que me entreguen una que pague de canva. Afortunadamente, reportando en la misma pagina de criptos me pudieron regresar una parte.

Antes me funciono pero esta vez compre una licencia, el proceso de pago me mando a hacer una transferencia pro crypto me parecio raro pero pues todo cambia pense, pues ya habia comprado antes y todo normal pero esta vez tras finalizada la transaccion no paso nada, le escribo al supusto chat y no responden nada, he enviado correo y tampoco es un ESTAFADERO.

ho effettuato un acquisto.. ma nn solo non mi è arrivato il codice.. ho anche inviato delle mail per segnalare la cosa ma non mi hanno neanche mai risposto.. 04.06.2025
