Paid for Office 365 with 5Tb of storage for 5 users which should have been 1Tb of One Drive storage for each user but was provided with only 100Gb per user. I did ask for this to be rectified but I have not received any response since.

Hello, I recently bought an office 2019 license for MAC but i cannot use any office document. I have the latest OS version of Mac. I have successfully downloaded and installed the package. however, if i open any file such as word or excel, i get the notification to activate. when i sign into my account, it shows product bought but i get a message that i do not have a subscription.
