I purchased Microsoft Office 365 (5 lic). Is this Windows 365 Pro a full function product? - Lot of problem to logon. - Can't attach Onedrive to my pc thru explorer, only use the web interface - Can't upload files to Onedrive. Only save Office files created on the Office web on Onedrive. - Onedrive is only 50 GB not 5TB - The license is connected to the organisation: Ormesby. Why? No response from Keysmix Don't buy!!!!!!

They are a scam. I bought the office 365 license 9 months ago and it doesn't work anymore. I requested their support and initially they did not respond. After insisting, they asked me to pay 3 euros more because the license now cost 11 euros and no longer the 8 euros I paid 9 months ago (actually I paid 10 euros but they don't even know that). That is like blackmail, that is, if in 6 months they raise the cost of your license, they will ask for money again to be able to continue with the service. There is NO such thing as a lifetime license, they will always ask for money. Ah! and they respond like robots asking for money. They sent me the same response 2 times even though I asked them valid questions about their "service". This was their response: "hello sir, do i send you invoice to pay the difference and send you new one, you have lifetime warranty on the price you pay before 8 euro, now it cost 11 euro + vat difference is 3 euro" Look at the recent comments, there are already many people scammed This People respond this way when you make a fair claim "and you are just wasting your time , no matter what you say , you have option to pay difference or pay on another store" READ ALL NEGATIVE RECENT REVIEWS. I am not the only one with a terrible experience It's amazing how many lies they can tell: - I purchased the Office 365 license for a total price of 8.99 euros on May 22, 2023. It stopped working on March 15. It worked for less than a year - In the description of their offer they indicate that it is a lifetime license. They DO NOT indicate that there would be additional payments when you think of it or that it will stop working before the year - I have NO need to give me anything for FREE or threaten to leave a bad review. That's your way of operating. . I have read other reviews where you ask for a good review in exchange for fixing the customer's problem.

One year ago, you purchased Office 365 for 8 euros, and after one year of use, the price increased to 11 euros. We simply ask you to pay only the difference, not the full price, even though you used the software for a full year. Additionally, we suggest that you request a refund and then make a new payment, as it would be equivalent to paying the difference. I don't understand what you want us to do. You paid 8 euros one year ago, and you used the software for a full year. Now it costs 11 euros, and we are asking you to pay only 3 euros, the difference, and you have refused. You have also refused a refund. Do you want us to give you the product for free or leave a negative review? Sir, we do not engage in buying reviews. BEWARE!!! Top fraudulent cheap key provider! I purchased Microsoft Office 365 (5 lic) with life time warranty. NOW, in 8 months, stopped acess/login to Microsoft Office site. And now after 10 months the preinstalled 2 licenses also has stopped working (Microsoft is asking new activation). I informed KeysMix by Whatsapp, NO response. NB: KeysMix contacted... asking more money.

Por qualquer motivo tive problemas com a licença do Office. O suporte demorou um pouquinho a responder mas acabou por resolver a contento a situação. Obrigado
