Absolutely Amazing, this is my second time ordering
An absolutely amazing service, unlocks every single time! I have had two Verizon iPhones unlocked so far and both were finished with in the 12 hour quoted time.

It's real but takes time.
I have two phones and I paid for both to be unlocked. After 20 days one of the phones is actually unlocked. YEAH!
The other is still not working even though it has been longer than the twenty days the company said it would take. That is okay though, I was just worried this was not legit.
It is, and I am happy.

I place my order to unlock my iPhone 5s on November 21.Now is January 15, almost 2 months, the order status still keeps showing "Processing". I have sent over 10 email to check the situation, but got no answer.I saw some reviews here and got a reply. I'd like to know what is going on with key2iphone. Please reply or just refund.

Hi sorry for the wait. Your IMEI had to be retried since it was rejected for the first time. If it is rejected second time, we will issue a full refund. As we said before some IMEIs need to be retried. Please notice, do not waste your money running around - if we cannot unlock it, all other services that charge more money won't be able to unlock it. We all work with the same gateways. There is not other AT&T one company, one gateway.

EDITED - 30 working days after buy this service... It worked!
I wrote a bad review for this web last week because I was not getting any answer from them, I thought that the service was a scam, BUT IT IS NOT!! I should apologize to keys2iphone web.
I have my iPhone unlocked now!! I should advice that they took some time to answer the emails, but they was working on my request although the status was "Processing".
Guy, this site really works and the price is the cheapest on the web, no doubt about this. If you are not hurried to have your iphone unlocked and don't want to spend much money I would recommend this web!
Keys2iphone team: just a sugestion, responds user's email more quickly, we usually are afraid of be scammed when we buy trough internet. Just one response leaves people quiet.
I'll contact you soon to unlock another iphone ;)
Thanks!

ATT caused problems for them, but customer service at Keys2Iphone is really the issue here.
I placed an order for an unlock my iPhone on November 9th. At the time, Keys2Iphone's site said my order would be completed in 1-3 days. On the fourth day (November 13), I sent them an email asking for an update. There was no response. I had ordered the unlocking for an international trip the last week of November-- and I ordered with this company based on the good reviews online, along with their presented window. Unfortunately, my trip came and went without any change in my order status.
On December 16th, I sent another email. No response.
About that time, I started checking out their Facebook page and noticed that I wasn't the only person having problems. There were lots of posts asking for status updates, complaining about no contact, and requesting refunds. Many of them were deleted within a few hours.
On Dec 19th, I sent Keys2iPhone a message on Facebook and posted on their wall, asking if they had any type of update. My message was read, but not responded to. My wall post was deleted. I then followed up with another email, which was never responded to.
Today, January third, I once again posted on their wall asking for an update, but I don't anticipate I'll get any response. I see they are replying to some posters here, so maybe this will get me the customer service response I've been trying to get for almost two months.
Here's the thing: sometime in October, ATT borked the whole unlocking system by changing their protocol. I get that. I'm totally understanding of that. In fact, because I knew that fact sometime around the end of November, I made sure to be extra understanding in my dealings with Keys2Iphone. Given the situation, I didn't expect an instantaneous unlock or anything-- in fact, I understood that there were delays beyond even their control. That's totally fine. What's not ok is not responding to repeated requests for updates-- even if your update is just that you're not sure of a time frame. Six attempts at contact and literally no response.
I will say that in monitoring their Facebook page, I noticed that they are deleting a lot of bad posts from unhappy customers. In addition to that, they've responded to a few people with an excessive amount of glib and snark (just my opinion of course)-- basically telling them that if they are unhappy with waiting, they can get a refund, but they'll make sure the phone will be stuck locked forever. I don't get that last part, because if you haven't even started an order, why would you do that? Threats and bullying in the face of customers just wanting *some* answer is not exactly good business practice.
I'm sure this post is going to get me blacklisted, too, but I assure you that even now, I'd be happy if they just apologized for the lack of communication and said we could move forward (with better communication, of course). I'm sympathetic to them getting shafted by a phone company, but you've got to keep in contact with your customers.

We are sorry you had a bad experience with us. I have submitted a request to check that the refund has been sent. I see that you submitted iPhone 5S for unlocking and some customers' iPhone 5Ss do take much longer than older models.
