It has been OVER 70 DAYS now since I purchased the unlock service on 11/14/2013, and my phone is still locked. The order status has never been updated since payment. I have tried to contact Keys2iPhone.com many times by email, facebook, and paypal but NEVER get any reply. I totally understand it would take a long time to unlock an iPhone 5s. However, it has been over two months and I really hope that Keys2iPhone.com could fullfill the service or issue a refund ASAP. Updated on 2/6/2014: I just got an email notification saying that my iPhone has been unlocked this morning. For my unlock order, it takes a total of 85 days for Keys2iPhone.com to fulfill the service, although the estimate was 3-5 business days when I purchased the service. Bottom line: Keys2iPhone.com really does the job! Just keep in mind that the estimate time is never a guarantee, and the actual time to get your phone unlocked may vary from case to case.

I ran into this company online to unlock my iphone. I gave it a try and in about two weeks my phone was unlocked. Easy process well worth the price. I will now unlock my other three phones in my family since we're swithing over to different carries. Im a totally satisfied customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has been a full 10 weeks since I sent payment to Keys2IPhone to unlock my AT&T iPhone 4S. My phone was never unlocked. Repeated requests for refund have been denied. Further, Keys2IPhone appears to be busy disputing my negative TrustPilot review. Do not trust Keys2IPhone. Do not send money to Keys2IPhone. You have been warned.

Ordered unlock for my iphone 5S on November 20, 2013, still locked, no response to emails, posts, or phone calls

I ordered an AT&T iphone unlock service last month. It took more time than the specified but it really worked. I looked for the cheapest service on internet and they have the best price, so if you can wait around one month, I recomend this website totally (more quick service costs more than u$s100 and take at least one week). I should notify that the status of the request was "Processing" until the iphone was unlocked, so don't worry if the status of the request doesn't change, they are working on that anyway. I'll submit another request soon. Thanks keys2iphone guys! PD: just a suggestion, respond the emails sent by the users more quickly.
