I pay to unlock my iPhone 5s the website said 5 days I contact them and they also it would take five days. 5 days nothing so I contact them about any updates, I got no reply. 7 days passed I contact them again, no answer. 9 days passed, I contacted them again, no answer. I already issued a refund on paypal. Overall horrible customer services and waiting is too long from what they promised on their website.

The process is straightforward and simple. Just put your IMEI and locked provider. I was worrying the entire time, checking the status everyday (by the way, you can see the status of the application!!!!). And lo and behold, 7 days after applying I restore the phone via iTunes and BAM! it said "Your iPhone is now unlocked!" right in iTunes. Definitely worth every penny and the wait.

I was getting really frustrated as I bought my iPhone 5S from eBay without knowing that it was under contract and had some billing issues. I tried several unlocking services but failed.
