Being in the IT field, my family comes to me with technical issues. When my nephew came to me about getting an iPhone for his t-mobile service, I of course told him problem. After some research it looked like the ATT iPhone 4S would work on t-mobile. However, they lock it to a particular provider. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I found keys2iphone. I was a little skeptical, but worked great and simple/inexpensive!!

This was my first time unlocking a phone. I did not have trust in any online company, but to my surprise this company had very good service. They had my phone unlocked within a 24 hr period! I've submitted a request to unlock my Sprint Iphone 5S for International Use since 3rd May'14, till now there has been no response from the team even after submitting 7 requests at regular interval. Have asked for refund but no response to that as well. This is one the worst site to use for Sprint iphone. Moreover its been showing the same message in Order status whenever I Check my IMEI number "The carrier processing is delayed. Please, be patient as we go through the orders. This delay is caused by the carrier and all other unlocking service are affected as well." Just Amazing services they have!!! Really Wonder how come this website has been rated as 9.3 in Trust Pilot. The experience which I'm going through on that there should be banned completely. Would never recommend their services to anyone at all.

It took 5 days to unlocky my iphone like it states in the website.

no problems here. took 7 days exactly. now my phone is unlocked. easy to follow instructions. fin.

I ordered unlock for an iPhone 5 locked to US AT&T, the website states 5 days for this service, but it actually took them three days to unlock the phone, very happy for that! I followed the steps to unlock and it worked flawlessly.

Good experience. Clean service. Little expensive but worth it.
