I had to wait 7.5 hours to receive my product key. The site promised up to 1 hour. However, I had to contact the support by email. I received a response that my key was sent already and to check my spam folder. The reality was, I never received an email. A few hours later, I finally received an email with a product key. I'm glad I finally received my product key but It was inconvenient for me to wait so long.

Although website says you will receive your key right away it took a few hours for mine to arrive.

I waited two hours for my product key. Then I sent an email and the key came immediately. I had to activate the product with Microsoft phone activation service. I would probably buy from them again.

I purchased and received a valid Windows 10 Home Product Key for a reasonable price, and that should rate 5 stars...but I can't give a perfect rating to this site as the key, which was supposed to be emailed within "1-12" hours was not emailed to me until 22 hours following the purchase. This caused some anxiety as I feared that I had been scammed, which thankfully was not the case. The site owner should take steps to insure timely delivery of purchases, with that little bit of effort this site would rate 5 stars.

Company provided what was purchased, but took 4 hrs. to get a download link. I contacted support about it and they were helpful. I wish they would have stated up front that the download link would take that losng.

Recieved the product but it took over 12+ hours to get the key and thats why im giving a 4 instead of 5 star review
