Key1024Reviews of key1024.com

Never received what we purchased….. never responded to me asking about not receiving what we purchased

1. I asked you if you had any windows 8 keys. 2. You said "no." For that answer, I'm supposed to give you five stars? You answer for yourself. If you had said, "No, but check back later," Then maybe that would have been worth three stars. If you had said "no, but go here and you will find some" I would have been glad to give you five stars. But just a "no" with nothing else? Forget about it!

Ordered my key a week ago still didnt receive anything

they never send my key i want a refund for this scam

Didn't receive an email at all tried to contact them and they still haven't replied over a week later, having trouble getting my money back from PayPal, please do not use this service it is a scam.

I never received my product. I could not get a reply from customer service. I have filed a case with paypal to get money back

Would not recommend. I haven't received any communication or the product I paid for, be it a confirmation email or the product itself. After 7 days I received an email asking for me to review their service, meaning the one issue I thought I may have had in potentially mistyping my email address wasn't the case and this is 100% on key1024's end. I am currently in the process of having Paypal manage the refund.

I made a purchase and recieved nothing. You did give a refund but that still doesn't solve my problem. I still need a legal Windows key.
