Kettlebell Transformation and Mastery have been the solution that I have always wanted and just had never found. Working on my own, with other systems and equipment just never brought on any favorable results. This system, the coaches and the community absolutely whole heartedly have created the most structured, simplistic, and result oriented regimen I have ever found. I just can't say enough about the unbelievable results from this comprehensive program. THIS is the way! Until you have tried and failed other ways, you will not be able to full understand exactly what this gives! So save the frustration and invest in yourself!!!

Everything is straight forward, the workouts are simple and effective which I love and if you have questions your trainer is there to help you.

I’m 8 weeks into the program and am enjoying it. I’ve noticed body composition changes in my shoulders, arms and chest already. The nutrition component has been informative and easier to adhere to than I originally thought. I am eager to see what my results will be at the end of the program in another 8 weeks.

These guys have it figured out. I'm 60 years old and dropped 30 lbs and am going to drop 30 more. I've tried to lose weight before but it's never really come off like this. If you're on this program you will lose the weight and get stronger. From swinging bells to nutrition, they know what they're doing. This is definitely worth the investment.

There is ZERO doubt this program will change your world! Bottomline: you WILL have to work and change aspects of your life. BUT the coaches will give you the answers to the test. This program can accommodate everyone from the D1 athlete to a sedentary man who needs a reason to shed some inches and gain strength. My personal situation: I spent decades serving in the Army at various levels of fitness. Most of it was spent in SOF where we were expected to be in peak physical condition. We used to run 5k/10k for fun🙄. I turned 48 this year and didn’t think a program like this existed. I’ve been in the program now for 5 months and have lost just over 25lbs. My goal is to get to 200lbs and I’ve got about 17lbs to go. If you’re still reading you care about yourself and are probably nervous about the monetary investment or maybe how much time this will require. Just Jump… This is the way

Joining KT has been a life changing experience. Not only from a physical stand point, but from a mental and psychological one as well. I didn't join because I needed to be pushed to get into shape or to train. I joined to get stronger, which I have. Along the way, I've met some amazing people. I've been a member since Jan 2022. I couldn't imagine what my life would be if i hadn't joined. Best investment I've made.

I’ve been thinking about this post for a while… How do you describe something that has altered the trajectory of your life in the most positive way? Life changing? Priceless? The best word I could think of is TRANSFORMATIVE which is fitting given the program’s name. Transformative, it means “causing or able to cause an important or lasting change in someone or something.” I started with the intention of getting fit, losing some weight, and learning KB moves. I’ve since found a community, become stronger than I could have ever dreamed, feel better in my body than I ever have, my mind is sharper, and I’ve found joy in all of it. I’m a better husband, friend, human, and soon-to-be father as a result, and there isn’t a way to properly express what that means to me. To be aware or near this community is one thing, to be a part of it is another thing entirely. This program and community is transformative, it offers more than can be adequately described. Much like being strong, it is just something you just have to experience for yourself.

Dad? Busy? Entrepreneur? Lost? This program is the best program you’ll ever find. The well planned progressive overload and diet approach in this program will get you the results you want. But the most important part is the marvelous coaching and motivation of Sean, Grant and Rich. I’m swinging a 48kg bell now and feel freaking strong when lifting a 40kg bell over my head with a Turkish Getup. I lost over 30 pounds and sustaining this weight for over a year now. Why are you still reading this? Pull the trigger and change your live
