First time using a moving company. Moved from CA to AZ. Packed most of the household myself. Kerb packed items bigger than a moving box. Maybe 99% of the goods were received undamaged. So no complaints there. Kerb needs to provide the customer with a one page summary of the estimates. It was confusing to receive multiple itemized estimates. The actual bill was per the agreed estimate. FYI, budget 10-15 boxes per room. The 10 boxes estimate was not for me. The first estimate was based on 10 boxes/room. So my moving cost was adjusted for the additional boxes. Need a better way to provide an estimate. Overall, Kerb is a honest company to work with. Kerb provided great customer service. They kept me updated on the move/delivery.
